This is an interesting update on Open Public Services (OPS) from the Cabinet Office. Check it out!

Open Public Services.

Personally, I think that OPS is one of the better initiatives from the Coalition Government. However, as a rule I think that the Coalition Government of David Cameron has not been reforming – it has meddled jumping from issue to issue, in a fire-fighting mode. As I have indicated before on this blog, David Cameron’s Government lacks overall vision, with no clearly linked overarching strategy of change and reform – most of all, it has been weak in effective transformation.
