Osborne’s £100bn plan for UK economy – FT.com.

I very much support the proposal but the acid test will be in delivery, viz. actually getting the additional funds to small businesses and consumers. So far, both the Bank of England and the UK Government has been unsuccessful in getting UK banks to increase lending to  small businesses and consumers. What do you think of the plan?
