This is an interesting report from the European Commission, citing trends across Europe and longitudinally (over time). Check it out!

Eurobarometer Special Surveys – European Commission.

For me, there were no great surprises and I started to question the value of this type of research. It is not clear to me how the research influences policy, so that matters improve for the citizens of Europe.

I should clarify that I am pro-European but favor greater national power and less bureaucracy in the EU.

For sure, it still easier for women in some European countries than others.
