For me it was interesting that the UK sample value the following foreign aide policies as more pressing than the European norm:

Meanwhile, the rest of the EU rated policy for “social protection” as a much greater priority than the UK sample.

Another interesting observation is that the European norm finds small private companies as more important for creating economic growth and development. The situation is the same for big local companies only active in the domestic market. Meanwhile, the UK rates international companies as much more important for creating economic growth and development.

As the UK Chancellor, George Osborne, reflects this weekend on stinging criticism of his austerity policy, perhaps he should be looking at massive stimulation of small businesses? After all it is small businesses that create jobs.
