As I was reading the article, I was thinking about the potential cost of the US and Chinese defence forces and the benefits of chanelling this towards reducing global austerity.

This is well worth a read. The No 10 Press Office has published the speeches of President Obama and Prime Minister David Cameron. Check it out!

Despite comments in the UK press, there is no reference of President Obama giving Prime Minister Cameron advice on patching up difficulties with Europe.
