IMF tells Greece it will lose control of budget in return for bail-out – Telegraph.

Given Greece’s proud and ancient history, plus wider contribution to mankind and civilization, this is a further sad milestone in the crumbling of Greek democracy. Greece already has an unelected technocrat leading its Government, who was planted as a safe pair of hands by the troyka (IMF, ECB & EU) plus Berlin’s masters.

For the moment, Greek citizens still believe that staying in the Euro and the EU is the lesser of two evils. Austerity in Greece has been extremely painful but critics believe that it has been too focused on tax increases and not enough on cutting the size of the bloated Public Sector.

Difficult as this situation is for Greece, it is important to remember that it was largely caused by the ineffectiveness of the Greek political classes and the grossly inefficient Greek Public Sector.

By White Tea, I am not referring to traditional Black Tea with Milk!

White Tea is a more rare tea that is drunk without milk. Both White Tea and Green Tea have important health qualities, especially being high in antioxidants, a natural defence against cancer and good for the heart.

Unlike Green Tea, I have recently discovered that White Tea does not contain traces of caffeine.

According to Wikepedia:

White tea (Chinese: 白茶; pinyin: báichá) is a lightly oxidized[1]tea grown and harvested almost exclusively in China, primarily in the Fujian province.[2]

White Tea comes from the delicate buds and younger leaves of the Chinese Camellia sinensis plant. These buds and leaves are allowed to wither in natural sunlight before they are lightly processed to prevent oxidation or further tea processing. This preserves the characteristic flavour of the white tea.

So if you want drink a healthy tea before you go to sleep, check out White Tea!
