For me, the article is spot-on – the troika has already pushed Greece too far with austerity. What about stimulating demand and investment in Greece?

Greece is a proud country with an enormous history – the pain and humiliation will not be forgotten quickly.

I am greatly encouraged that a right of centre paper, like the Telegraph, is challenging the futility of pan European austerity so strongly.
