Personally, I think that the Coalition Government has blindly lost the best people in the Civil Service, so effective reform will be more challenging.

For me, it’s significant that the Cabinet Office has the resources to develop a custom iPad app for David Cameron. If it were the Private Sector, the Cabinet Office would be the first to go!

Like many followers of austerity medicine, Spain has focused far too severely on the Private Sector and has been soft on the Public Sector, in my view. I predict that Spain will be at risk until it seriously cuts its Public sector down to size. Do you agree?
