I am pleased that risks and uncertainties are spelled out, especially concerning the Euro break-up or a potential Iranian crisis.

Personally, I am still of the opinion that the IMF overplays short-term austerity measures. For me the IMF the IMF is far too neoliberal in its views. I still think the time has come for Keynesian measures to stimulate investment and growth.
