Personally, I am not convinced that the statistics are sufficiently accurate to measure a small change from one-quarter to the next.

However, the news does not give me greater confidence in Danny Alexander nor George Osborne. The other day Danny Alexander was arguing for more austerity to compensate.

In my view, it’s about time Danny Alexander was fired. Do you agree?
