Personally, I admire Angela Merkel and wish that more countries had political leaders with conviction.

One wonders why German newspapers are not supporting Chancellor Angela Merkel and what is widely seen as in the best interests of Europe?

The ECB’s decision is widely admired except in Germany – why?

Personally, as an admirer of Lady Thatcher as Prime Minister, especially for her strength of political conviction and her leadership, I find David Cameron like a political butterfly, influenced by whatever is blowing in the wind. He may be very bright and a shrewd politician but for me, he does not deliver results.

Any thoughts?
