For me, it once again confirms that UK healthcare policy is in need of radical reform.

  1. The NHS has not been fit for purpose for years and is getting worse.

The reason for poor longevity in this country is not just the NHS with cancer treatment outcomes the worst in Western Europe but because of the poor way everyone other than the wealthy or comfortable eats, lives and thinks.

40% of UK citizens have depression caused mainly by poor diet, drinking too much, drinking on an empty stomach and vitamin D deficiency.

People fail to exercise, consume too much sugar, aspartame and aluminium via deodorants, baking foil, beer cans, cooking utensils, plus Bisphenol A which is a hardening agent in plastic.

Fluoride which lowers IQ by 20% and which the Nazis used in concentration camps to make prisoners easier to manage, plus E numbers all combine to create a situation in which people are poisoning themselves and through taking paracetemol too often setting themselves up for dementia which is becoming an epidemic affecting 80% of people in care homes plus a further 1.25 million woman who were “flower children” and pot smokers in the 1960s.

People have to take responsibility for their own health which means taking mineral and vitamin supplements, taking a good anti-oxidant, eating more fruit and vegetables, exercising regularly, living a normal and not a debauched or sordid life, taking an interest in life, learning new things, not watching television, staying informed and developing a personal philosophy that has meaning and gives one the mental toughness to cope with the vicissitudes of life.

Putting rubbish into your mind and body, engaging in moral relativism, dabbling with Druidism and other dangerous concepts and putting drugs into our bodies (we have 8 million heroin addicts and millions of pot and “Skunk” smokers, watching mainstream television with its embedded shapes and Sigils, getting divorced at a drop of a hat, engaging in bizarre and unusual practices are all likely to shorten life and are now doing so.

These practices are costly financially, cause stress and heart disease and will on present form produce so many diabetics, Adult Social Care recipients, nervous breakdowns and mentally and emotionally deficient people that the NHS and councils plus the medical profession cannot cope.

The Alimentarius Commission, the medical profession and the Government have allowed this to happen and have made things worse.

Only we can get informed and solve our own problem.
