World’s Top 100 Airports | 2013.

Personally, I am amazed at London, Heathrow scoring tenth place. I used Heathrow last week and it was an absolute disgrace. For me. Shanghai and Bangkok should rank much higher than UK airports. I wonder about the robustness of the research methodology?
