In Small, Measured Steps, Europe Loosens Austerity – Wall Street Journal – WSJ.com.

It seems that Europe is softening a little on austerity but not enough to impact the millions of unemployed in the forseeable future. Personally, I predict that financial markets will start picking off the weaker Euro members again. Perhaps, France is next?
