Surely, the headline sums it up – “it’s Cameron’s fault”?
Even President Obama reminded David Cameron this week that the UK needs to patch up it’s differences with Europe or be demoted in terms of global influence .
Surely, the “men in grey coats” must be actively thinking about David Cameron’s successor?
