This is an excellent article by Harvard Professor Jeffrey Frankel, published by Project Syndicate. It’s strongly recommended reading. Check it out!

On Whose Research is the Case for Austerity Mistakenly Based? by Jeffrey Frankel – Project Syndicate.

I very much enjoyed reading Jeffrey Frankel’s article which defends some of his Harvard colleagues who have been in the austerity firing line in recent months.

Like everything, life is not black and white. Perhaps, it is the politicians and their sponsors who have latched on to the austerity argument a little too firmly?

Any thoughts?
