I agree that political leaders urgently need vision, courage and most importantly a cohesive strategy. Now let’s get real. Surely, the barrier is German Chancellor, Angela Merkel?

Let me express it differently, as an open question:

Surely, there is a need for Chancellor Angela Merkel to provide more effective European leadership, starting with  vision, courage and most importantly a cohesive strategy?

Any thoughts?
