The article takes a witty and somewhat satirical look at George Osborne, the UK Chancellor.
This whole article would be really funny, if it were not so tragically sad. Because of the direct policies of George Osborne and his cronies, people are dying prematurely because of collapsing public services, like healthcare and community care.
