via German finance minister says Turkey is not part of Europe | Cyprus Mail.
German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble has never been bashful in sharing his views, which often come across robustly in other countries. Whilst this is clearly about electioneering ahead of the German election in September, it raises questions about the EU and Turkey.
