Personally, I empathize with the article. President Obama has dithered and delayed military action against Syria and seriously increased the risks of wider military conflict, in my view.

We risk wider military conflict by interfering in the affairs of other people where we have no business.
I am no fan of President Obama who is now a “lame duck”,but his caution in the case of Syria is the right course,not the Neocon Agenda of regime change,encirclement,destabilisation and double standards.
