I am an observer from overseas and simply ask all Americans the following open question:

Tea Party or Obamacare, whatever your view, surely you agree that this madness has to stop now?

  1. The debt ceiling ought to be calculated and approved at the same time the budget is approved. The problem, of course, is that Obama has never prepared an honest budget for his administration. Every executive, from the mom and pop shop to fortune 500 companies, prepare budgets and submit them to their boards of directors for approval, or modification and approval. Likewise, the president should follow the law and present a budget to the congress for approval. Obama and the congress, those losers deserve each other.
