This is an excellent article from the Telegraph, highlighting comments from former UK, Prime Minister, John Major. Check it out!

‘Truly shocking’ that the private-school educated and affluent middle class still run Britain, says Sir John Major – Telegraph.

Personally, I support John Major’s views. In my mind, the UK Conservative Party needs to return to One Nation Conservatism.

A UK Conservative Party run by the privileged for their wealthy minority chums will not gain enough popular support to win the the next election outright, in my view.

Any thoughts?

Personally, I have been suspicious of all the regulated industries that were previously nationalized; they seem to have got off lightly under austerity.

The regulators’ seem to be far too close with the companies whom they are supposed to regulate.

I think that a good dose of competition would shake them up; they are operating as monopolies or oligopolies without effective regulation.
