Personally, I feel passionate about learning foreign languages and obtaining first hand experience living and working overseas.

Surely, it makes sense for the Chancellor to offer generous tax concessions for people working overseas, and learning foreign languages, especially learning languages overseas? What about encouraging millennials to spend time in China as English teachers?

Any thoughts?
