For China watchers, this is an excellent, MUST READ, article from Foreign Policy. Check it out!
Personally, I am an optimist as far as China is concerned. Of course, with so many large change programs, there is high risk but in my view the Chinese leadership will be decisive. Decisiveness of leadership is a critical quality for success. In Russia, Putin has it, and Japan finally has it too. Meanwhile, the US, the UK, Germamy and France are all struggling, without decisive leadership.
Any thoughts on a hard or soft landing for China?
