Personally, I strongly disagree with the above article, and applaud the extinction of the NHS; I hope that it will be accelerated. It’s time to be honest and consider the hard evidence. The NHS might once have been the gold standard but now, it is an omni-shambles that needs to be humanely culled. For decades, politicians have fumbled and bureaucrats have bungled. Well intentioned professional staff soon learned to play the game because they could not argue effectively with the bureaucratic monster, the NHS.
In my mind, the NHS must go, and as soon as possible.
The media and the political classes should be arguing for a new, best practice UK public health system, based on benchmarking practice in Germany, France and Italy.
