The article was brought to my attention by a colleague, as I am currently in India.
Personally, whilst I accept the statistics, I think that the Mail’s theme about “a new servant class” is a nonsense.
To provide the UK with cost effective and quality services, the market should be open to reasonable competition, in my view.
