As I reflected on the implications of the article, my mind considered Obama’s record, especially in foreign policy. For me, Obama has always dithered and pontificated too much. He’s been slow to action and his resolve has often been flexible.

I worry about the damage that Obama can still do in the next two years as a lame duck looking at his legacy.
