Dr Alf is right but I think that this time round the Scots will vote with their wallets despite the” Braveheart” like frenzy that some of them seem to now feel.

They will get what Alex Salmond really wants which is DEVO MAX and the power for him and his hench-people to spend more money from Scottish taxpayers and then be bailed out from the south by long suffering English taxpayers.

Without Boris as Prime Minister, the English taxpayer is going to be the one who takes the hit because David Cameron will not abolish the Barnett Formula easily, unless he is placed under pressure to do so, contrary to the promises he made before he became leader of the Conservative Party.
