Despite protests from Euope’s leaders, like Angela Merkel, President Obama is still dithering over arming Ukraine.

Given Obama’s foreign policy and military interventions, I worry deeply about Obama starting a shooting war in Europe.

Surely, it’s time for some good old-fashioned horse-trading?
