Personally, I’m not encouraged by President Obama’s explanation and hope that Senator John McCain will keep up the pressure for a ‘good nuclear deal’.

Thoughts?

One response

  1. It is not possible to do a nuclear deal with Iran whilst the Ayatollahs are playing games and not feeling under pressure.

Dr Alf is right to be concerned and personally I would not be happy with John Kerry negotiating for me–He has some good qualities but hard nosed negotiating is not what he was put on the earth to do.
President Obama is therefore talking nonsense so desperate is he to get a deal.

On the other hand, it will take something much more robust than Senator McCain’s jawboning to deliver the desired result because the only thing the Iranians probably understand is sheer brute power.
