Dr Alf is correct in that America, which owes China huge amounts of money, is already overstretched in too many parts of the world and is not really in a position to compel China to do anything unless it deploys weapons from its secret armory that it has in space(George W Bush’s death star weapon and other devices launched from Vandenburg ) and elsewhere which to date they have never acknowledged they have.
The current strategy of containment for China, developed by “YODA” the 91-year-old military strategist employed by the Pentagon, is called Air Sea Battle, and I predicted in blogs last year via Dr Alf that this strategy would be checkmated since it was known so well.
The Chinese as the “Donald” puts it so well are eating our lunch, first by undertaking most of the world’s manufacturing and thus much of the tax base upon which military power is built; secondly, by swarming out into countries we in the West choose to ignore and gaining access to raw materials; thirdly, by discovering how our top people think by sending their best and brightest to study at our universities and to observe the people they interacted with and report back what they learnt in special handwritten notebooks.
The building of artificial islands in the South China sea was and is a clever move because short of their destruction by a HAARP weather weapon are we really to believe that America would dare to attack them?
These constructs are what the Israelis like to call “facts on the ground” and the Chinese will go on creating more of them and watching to see what the West’s reaction could possibly be.
The Nicaraguan canal has already broken ground since last December and that too will take traffic and money away from America.
Europe is divided against itself; the UK has a Tri-Forces not much bigger than the Papal Guard, and Vladimir Putin is building robot tanks(Amata) and super-drones, whilst the Saudis and other Middle Eastern despots are funding ISIS and the expansion of a Global Caliphate which America does nothing
about because Obama chooses to constrain his military.
If I were in the position of the Chinese, I would look at Obama, Hollande and many of the Western leaders, in much the same way as Julius Caesar looked at his rivals when he was at his peak (“I judge the brains of a man by the brains of those he gathers around him”), and I would find them wanting–A group of “paper tigers” without vision, without purpose and without a real strategy.
Until that situation changes quite radically, the Chinese are right, no-one can tell them what to do.
