Here’s a third excellent article from the DailyMail, highlighting the disgraceful practices at the NHS.

This story concerns patients requests for confidentiality being ignored.

To me, as an outsider, not living in the UK, it seems that people are not being treated effectively as patients, customers or clients, with basic rights. Too often NHS processes appear to deal with people more as widgets in a conveyor process.

What happened to care in the UK’s public health system?
