Personally, I live in Cyprus overlooking the Mediterranean. Cyprus is becoming increasingly attractive to Chinese investors looking for a home in Europe. Estate agents in Cyprus are increasingly marketing to the Chinese, as well as wealthy Russians and Middle Eastern investors.
