  2. Great beaches
  3. Super restaurants
  4. Surfing
  5. Sunshine
  6. Sky-high property prices
  7. High levels of personal debt
  8. Young people
  9. Multi-cultural
  10. Very high gay community

It’s hard to imagine that the same city has dental patients exposed to HIV.
