Feral Cats

This is an interesting article via Dr Alf but it illustrates a bigger problem posed by animals which form part of the eco system but which pose a threat to animals which provide food and useful bi products for humans.

UK farmers face a threat to cattle from badgers,Australian farmers face similar threats from feral cats and American cattle ranchers now face a threat from wolves and bears whose numbers have proliferated due to “rewilding” initiatives brought about by Druids and environmentalists like George Monbiot.

It is a case of “them” or “us” and the Australians are right to blast these feral cats into oblivion since shooting is effective and permanent and the need to feed people and create livestock exports must come first.
