With David Cameron about to get involved, perhaps it’s time to revisit the austerity cuts?

Simply, as a result of austerity cuts in the UK, waste is collected less frequently. Bags of rubbish are attacked by seagulls who are increasingly targeting rubbish looking for food, rather than their natural food.

Is it time to cull the seagulls or is there a more environmentally friendly solution?
