Personally, I find this FT article inflamatory and over-stated. As my colleage John Gelmini indicated a few days ago, Li still has enormous popularity with the Chinese masses, most especially for his serious inroads against corruption in China.

I think that there is a greater chance of Barack Obama being impeached for his foreign policy than Li Keqiang deposed.

Personally, I think that publication of the Chilcot enquiry is way overdue. David Cameron’s government should set a deadline for publication, irespective of the views of General Sir Nicholas Houghton  or others in the firing line. If necessary, they should be removed from office.

The public interest must be given priority.
