According to ths excellent article from Politico, Putin was a particular focus for Obama, as he railed against regimes that repress information and jail dissidents.

But really Obama was just showing his weakness and reacting to his foreign policy failures. Because of Obama’s foreign policy, America is much weaker and the world is more dangerous.

Dr Alf is on the money and no matter how much Obama “rails” against others he will be out of office and soon forgotten.
In addition, America jails more people per head of population than any other country in the world including China and it uses extrajudicial killing via drone strikes plus rendition to Black sites.
Other countries have concentration camps and others such as Saudi Arabia, an American ally still allows medieval laws and practices beheading people.
America needs to look in the mirror once in a while and this sorry excuse for a President needs to be replaced by someone better qualified to do the job.
