According to the Washington Post, ISIS are believed responsible for the two explosions struck crowds in Ankara demanding an end to violence between Kurds and security forces. Some commentators are calling this ‘Turkey’s 9/11’.

With two million refugees, Turkey is increasingly at risk of terrorists in their midst.
I would expect the attack to trigger further escalation in the Middle East.
