According to Washington newspaper, The Hill, after years of trying, Republicans are coalescing around a basic alternative to Obamacare.

The enormous political capital that Obama expended on ‘Obamacare’ has left America with one of its weakest presidents in history. I sense that history will not be kind to Obama. It would be fitting for the GOP to bury ‘Obamacare’.

  1. Something less expensive could and should be produced as an alternative to Obamacare for those Americans who are jobless and too old to be insurable at affordable rates.
    Scrapping it altogether as Dr Alf suggests is logical but might be too brutal a solution to those who now have it.
    I think there should be some form of middle way the precise form of which needs to be determined
