This an interesting and insightful article.

I worry that the UK government has an effective policy for dealing with AI. There are three aspects.

Firstly, if UK business is not investing heavily in AI, it will be left behind and became uncompetitive. Surely, there’s a need for tax incentives?

Secondly, the UK public sector needs to be investing heavily in AI too to improve services and reduce costs.

Thirdly, millions of jobs will be eliminated by AI. The government needs to reskill people to add value rather than be a public burdon.

This is a fascinating insight into US foreign policy.

It’s evident that Obama is against deployment of US ground forces. However, the US strategy for dealing with ISIS is far from clear. It’s unacceptable to talk about the Kurds leading the fight without providing them effective support – the US is not protecting the Kurds from Turkey’s hostile policies.   Meanwhile, Turkey is supposedly a NATO ally.

Let me ask an open question:

What’s wrong with Obama’s US foreign policy?
