According to the WSJ to prevail against ISIS, the West must settle on military tactics, cut off oil money and counter propaganda, strategists say.

This WSJ looks at the risks of escalating the fight against ISIS.

The article cites Europeans as wary of attacking ISIS with ground forces.

Whilst I understand the argument cited, the efforts so far have been ineffective.

The bottom line is that a cohesive political and military strategy is required.
