John Grace‘s piece in the Guardian would be funny if the subject were not so serious. According to the left-wing paper, Jeremy Corbyn, the Labour leader scored another own goal over defence review  – while David Cameron knows how to sound as if he has a clue – and dodged tricky questions

The sketch of the Labour front bench is witty but given the seriousness of the defense issues deeply worrying. It’s as if the Labour leadership are on another planet.

  1. Dr Alf is correct, the Labour leadership are split, ineffectual and do not look the part.

    Corbyn has a limited shelf-life because he has no leadership qualities and now sounds petulant.

    You cannot lead people who are openly against you and openly want your job whilst displaying body language that shows that they hold you in utter contempt (Hilary Benn please step forward).
