The Economist looks for lessons from an unhappy few weeks for the UK prime minister.

The conclusion is that the Cameron/Osborne partnership has suffered serious damage. This is alarming when they are leading the Remain In campaign ahead of the Brexit referendum.

Surely, it’s time for big business to pull the stops out and convince Tory MPs and the media that the downside risks are real and uncharted? See earlier blog.
