China’s leading newspaper People’s Daily reports that China is open to space cooperation with all nations including the United States.

Perhaps, US presidential candidates should be asked if they’re ready for space cooperation with China?

China is interested in the military applications of space including the prepositioning of space based weapons and it is interested in time travel ,the subject of a trillion dollar American effort funded by a “Black Defence Programme” called Project Looking Glass which builds significantly on the work of the SS scientists who built something called Die Glocke in what was then German occupied Poland.
The device disappeared in 1944 and reappeared in Pennsylvania some 40 years later after which it was taken away by the American military for analysis and reverse engineering.
China will get co-operation on areas of space flight with no military application but not the really futuristic items.
