This is an outstanding must-read article from The Conversation citing independent, hard-evidence. It recognizes that immigration is at the heart of the Brexit debate. The article takes a clear and graphic look at employment of other EU citizens.
Of course, Brexit supporters will want to know about the non-EU citizens, including refugees, and those from Africa, Asia, Australia and America.
The immigration debate over EU policy falls into two parts. Firstly, there is the free movement of EU nationals – the evidence cited shows that this is good for Britain. Secondly, there is the question of the UK taking the EU’s suggested number of refugees – on this later point, there is wide push back from across the EU, including France, Hungary and now within Germany.
