The Hill reports that Trump has softened his rhetoric in pitch to black voters, having been criticized for implying that all blacks live in poor, crime-ridden neighborhoods.

Black voters seem to be heavily behind Clinton but Black voters also know that a Black two-term president has done little to help their plight.
Surely, Trump does not expect to win Black voters, so is he just trying to stop them from voting for Clinton?

Trump will not win because mathematically he can’t without woman,Hispanics,Jews and blacks and because the result is already predetermined.
He seems to have plans to create a television station like Fox and monetise his supporters similar to the way Rupert Murdoch does. This is the real purpose of Trump’s electioneering ,not winning the Presidency.
