This article published by the Conversation is worth a read. It may not be burgers for breakfast, but the diets that have launched some big online careers aren’t as healthy as you might think.

In my language, many of the diets cited are fads and not based on scientific evidence. The article compares scientific good practice to some of the suggestions in the clean eating diets.
