This is an outstanding publication from Chatham House, the UK leading international think-tank. It explores the question, ‘How is the United States viewed from abroad’? It goes beyond the data to outline elite perceptions of the United States in other regions of the world.

Personally, I think that Obama has been a very weak president in terms of US foreign policy. This article is timely as Americans face the Trump Vs. Clinton decision.
I fear that Trump would be a disaster for the US although Putin would probably regard him as a pussy cat to be gently stroked.
