ABC News reports that Barack Obama uses his farewell UN address to castigate strongmen and populists.
For me, Obama has been a disaster as a US president, long on words and short on action, particularly in foreign policy.
Despite my bias against Obama, I agree with him about ‘populist strongmen’.
With the prospect Trump of having his fingers on the nuke buttons, the outlook is truly scary.
